Its quite possible that this photo was taken by Gerard Rappard although I've also had an email from Holland suggesting that it was actually taken in the dressing room of the Ahoy in Rotterdam in 1976. I cannot be 100% sure as it was over thirty years ago. Gerard....if it was you then thank you and I now give you full credit here. I guess we must have met then and if you have any more photos from that session I'd love to see them (and of course give you credit for any which might go on the site).
